Summary

Two experienced trial lawyers and a J.D. jury consultant share what they’ve learned going to trial during COVID. Find out who is showing up for jury duty, how the jury pool today differs from pre-COVID days, and lessons learned from jurors who have served during the pandemic. Speakers will cover best practices for using a juror questionnaire and conducting voir dire remotely and in person. They will give tips on communicating with jurors that work in live trials as well as virtual trials. The presentation also covers admitting evidence remotely, presenting evidence effectively and technology tricks for running the trial smoothly.
