Learning Objectives
  • Develop your firm by improving your intake process
  • Streamline the intake process
  • Establish sign-up criteria for intake
  • Collect and analyze intake data
  • Create a smooth transition from intake to case management for a better client experience

This webinar covers best practices and innovations in intake for the plaintiff firm. You will learn the four ways to grow your firm, with a focus on Intake. It begins with having a vision for your firm and knowing how your intake process can help you identify and sign the right clients for your firm.

Tim will take you step-by-step through the intake process, including how to convert a potential new client into an active client. He will teach you how to minimize the time between initial contact and signing the client. During the webinar, Tim will discuss the importance of establishing sign-up criteria, collecting demographic data, and referring out cases that don’t meet your criteria. He will cover the transition of a case from intake to case management and the importance of that handoff to creating a client experience of delight with your firm.
